To better carry out all of its projects, The Beit Project has chosen to expand its team with three new members :
Nicolas Stolypine
With a background in law and Middle Eastern studies from Grenoble, I spent several years working as a legal advisor at France terre d’asile before conducting field research in Afghanistan and Iran.
I moved to Marseille in 2021 to co-direct L’Atelier des Artistes en Exil, an organization supporting exiled artists in rebuilding their professional paths in France.
I’ll be joining The Beit Project as General Coordinator in March 2025 !
Nathalie Serfaty
Nathalie Serfaty is the founder of Nathalie Serfaty Conseil, a consultancy firm specializing in philanthropy and nonprofit development.
As she shifted the direction of her professional journey, she chose to support The Beit Project in a new way—by joining the team from within. This hands-on approach reflects her working philosophy : to engage directly at the heart of the organizations she supports, rather than remaining an external advisor.
Drawing on her expertise in embedded support models, she brings her skills to high-impact social projects, tailoring her involvement to fit each organization’s unique needs.
Isaline Bernard
I’ve been working as a freelance communications specialist for nonprofits for the past eight years, with a strong desire to collaborate as much as possible with organizations in the social and solidarity economy and community education sectors.
I’ve been the local coordinator for The Beit Project in Nantes since 2022, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to watch the project grow and take shape each year. What do I love most ? Seeing the connections form between the local team, teachers, and students.
Today, I’m also supporting the organization in a new role—as communications officer.
