THE BEIT PROJECT Association is a legal organization constituted in Barcelona on the 26th of January, 2011, as a Cultural & Non-profit associative institution, according to the Catalan Association Law 4/2008, from the 124th of April (DOGC 5123, from the 2on of May), and the Spanish Organic Law 1/2002, from the 22nd of March, regulating the law of associations (BOE number 73, from the 26th of March).

 

INTRODUCTION

In accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 of the Society Services Information and Electronic Commerce Law (LSSICE), in implementation of the Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2000 on certain legal aspects of information society services, in particular electronic commerce, in the Internal Market (Directive on electronic commerce); we hereby inform you that www.thebeitproject.org facilitates access to the Web page of THE BEIT PROJECT, its services and contents, pertinent an educational European and Mediterranean project about a nomadic school in the heart of the city. In the same way, we inform you that THE BEIT PROJECT respects and observes current legal requirements.

Access to www.thebeitproject.org by any Internet user, implies that the user accepts and complies with the present conditions of the general services and of any other condition of service particular to the case.

The present site serves to publish and allow general access to all Users to the information, activities and various services offered by THE BEIT PROJECT.
