In 2025, The Beit Project reached a symbolic milestone, celebrating 15 years of commitment to living together. Beyond the anniversary, the year was above all marked by the expansion of our programs, the development of new partnerships, and a strengthened impact on young people.
Throughout the year, nearly 1,000 middle school students from 35 schools took part in our programs across France, Belgium, Bulgaria, and on both shores of the Mediterranean. From Tangier to Marseille, from Bastia to Brussels, from Sofia to Paris, they explored the histories of their territories, met other young people, engaged with local residents, and co-created new narratives around heritage, memory, and diversity.
2025 also saw the rollout of the PRADO pilot project, the renovation of our historic Beits and the creation of a third game, as well as the development of collaborations with Aix-Marseille University, the ESHEM network, and many committed partners working alongside us. The year concluded with a celebration of the association’s 15th anniversary at the Institut du Monde Arabe, bringing together partners, teachers, students, and long-standing supporters. More than an anniversary, it was a shared moment that reaffirmed our conviction: heritage, encounter, and dialogue remain essential drivers for building a more open, just, and inclusive society.
