Some images from those first days in Rome, of profound study and research in one of the most meaningful places of the city, l’Isola Tiberina.

 

The Isola Tiberina was the incredible setting for the construction of our nomadic school in Rome. Almost 90 pupils have participated in the first part of the project last week. They have built their “house of study” in this meaningful site, birthplace of the city of Rome but also location of the Jewish Hospital, just between the Trastevere quarter(where Jews arrived 2 000 years ago) and the Ghetto… and have dived into its countless stories and layers.

An extraordinary experience, for all of them as for us…
